Our dedicated godown-cum-office complex spans 6 acres on NH-16 — 7 km from Cuttack and 14 km from Bhubaneswar — comprising 60,000 sq. ft. of RCC warehouse space and 10,000 sq. ft. of office space. Part of the campus is also leased out as commercial showroom and warehouse space, extending the Group's footprint into commercial leasing & real estate. The highway location ensures 24x7 vehicle movement without restriction, and a separate city office at Dolmundai serves client and administrative needs.
Beyond Odisha, Santuka Group operates in West Bengal through Santuka Enterprisers, our C&F hub at Merrill Logistics Park, Dhulagarh, Howrah — extending the Group's network across the region's pharmaceutical and consumer-goods supply chains.
Current C&F and super-stockist mandates include AIMIL Pharmaceuticals, Beta Pharmaceuticals, Signity Pharmaceuticals, Amderma Pharmaceuticals, Global Dent Aids, Bethel Pharmaceuticals and Zoetic Pharma. Santuka Associates also has a long-standing presence in Kolkata dating back to its earlier C&F mandates for Dabur Pharma, Emcure Pharmaceuticals and Intas Pharmaceuticals.
Every principal is served by a dedicated pool of specialists — separate warehouse in-charges, EDP operators and packers per client, backed by clerical, banking and documentation support. Backup staff are maintained for every key role to ensure continuity during absenteeism or attrition.
